Gist:  After being bullied, DEBBIE LAVANI (Robin Elise) relocates to a new school only to find her past has come to haunt her.  New friends, PHIL (Nicolas Cruz), VERONICA (Jiree Jillyan Jones), and ADELE (Emma Dowhie) show Debbie that what we learn from the past makes us stronger in the present.

Inspiration:

As a high school English teacher of twenty-four years, I have seen an extraordinary amount of kindness and compassion among students, and I’ve also witness deliberate acts of cruelty.  In an age where we are losing our children to suicide, it’s imperative to communicate kindness and sensitivity as well as tolerance and acceptance towards one another.
